Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before preparation starts
  • Once the restaurant starts preparing, cancellation may not be possible

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Order not delivered
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled food

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Wallet (if available)
  • Processing time: 1 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Late cancellations
  • Change of mind after preparation
  • Incorrect address provided by user

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Customer unavailable
    → No refund may be issued
