before preparation starts
Once the restaurant starts preparing, cancellation may not be possible

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
Order not delivered
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or spoiled food

Wallet (if available)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after preparation
Incorrect address provided by user
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
Wrong address
Customer unavailable
→ No refund may be issued
